Our client is a prominent bank and we are helping them to look for an experienced Head of Channels with a focus on digital banking for retail banking. As the head of this department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital and physical channels as well as transaction services to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the channel and transaction management team to drive innovation and operational excellence in retail banking.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital and physical channels, including online banking, mobile banking, digital platforms and branch operations.
- Drive the development and enhancement of transaction services and products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of channel and transaction management with other business units.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve and innovate channel and transaction services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in banking, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital banking channels, regulatory, and transaction services.
- Proven track record of driving successful channel and transaction management strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
