PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Job Description:
- Maintain project related documentation
- Take project meeting minutes
- Incident management - manage and follow-up on incidents for systems under the team
- Change management - manage and follow-up on change request for systems under the team and attend Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting on behalf of the team
- Defect management - monitor defect status
- Procurement - conduct procurement for projects and follow-up on on-going approval process
- Handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding
- Office administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- PC skills, proficiency on MS Word, Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- High Diploma / Associate degree / Bachelor degree holder
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered
