JOB DUTIES:
- Provide operation support to account opening & maintenance & periodic / trigger event due diligence review, including client document checking, customer profile setup and customer information update
- Assist to update and maintain latest product information in core systems
- Provide ad-hoc analytics for manager when necessary
- Assist in ad hoc projects related to data management
- Handle enquiries from Front Office colleagues
- Assist in client document record and filing
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree with minimum 1-year working experience is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and Chinese processing.
- Experience in Macro programming will be an advantage but not a must
- Fluent English & Chinese speaking
- Good team player, independent and self-motivation
