IT Support (Banking, Permanent)
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide first tier user support and troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day PC administration and desktop services
- Perform regular system checking and operations
- Perform administrative work, including hardware inventory, report and system document preparation
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services
Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma Holder in IT or related discipline
- At least 3-4 years relevant working experience in Service Desk and IT support
- Relevant working experience in financial or sizeable firms is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware and common desktop applications
- Customer-orientated, a team player with good communication skill
- Proactive, Independent, self-driven and eager to learn
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
