Responsibilities:
- Create seasonal collections and styling for men’s woven and knit tops and bottoms
- Identify the needs of local markets in terms of fashion taste and style preference to ensure the products are adapted relevant to customer-specific requirements
- Develop collection architecture, including theme, color, fabrication, styles, and fashion graphics
- Elaborate own design concept and creative work with data/ information supported throughout the development process
- Work closely with merchandising and factories to facilitate development processes and schedules from product development, sourcing fabrics and trims, sample fitting, etc.
- Initiate and follow up on all sample-making-related progress improvements and development to include all associated instructions and documentation
Requirements:
- 3- 5 years of fashion design experience with good knowledge of menswear
- Fashion Graphic experience with good knowledge & skill in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must
- Mature and logical mindset on design flow
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- IT knowledge of production drawings
- Strong knowledge and applications in garment techniques and fabrications
- Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Pro-active, confident, and attentive to details
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
Based in HK with business travel whenever necessary
