Job Description
- Planning and overseeing the development of company advertisements.
- Heading brand campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development of all creative content.
- Supervising all work completed by the creative department.
- Working with executives and other creative leaders to set project deadlines and content goals.
- Presenting project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and clients
- Recruit and train team leads and managers.
- Oversee the creative budget.
- Suggest opportunities for the business to grow.
Day to day:
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams across design, sales & marketing, product development and operations.
- Develop ideas on how to advertise, work with department leads to create a shared vision, and lead a design team to complete projects.
- Deliver creative direction, and produce all assets (videos and stills) across online and offline channels for the products of the brand. (Channels include: retail stores, webpages, e-commerce platforms, videos, social media platforms, events, and other promotional campaigns.)
- Come up with new and innovative photoshoot concepts
- Ensure all consumer-facing visuals and tone-of-voice across markets are consistently up to the corporate standards with internal and external partners. Provide cycles of learning, training, and feedback to local teams.
- Continuously update the brand standard and guideline. Communicate and train relevant stakeholders on the updated standards.
- Lead and provide guidance on running projects from initial concept stage to execution and roll-out.
- Manage team – develop and implement procedures and systems to ensure delivery is always met.
- Lead team to manage budgets and production.
- Stay tuned in the latest fashion trends and current fashion publications to help our team create compelling campaigns and beat the competition.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in creative field, arts, fashion, visual communication
- 8+ years of working experience in a creative role, and experience in advertising, marketing or branding
- Good business/ commercial sense with strong knowledge of the industry
- Graphic design skills – experience in graphic, type, book and motion design
- Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate
- A problem solver, able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, start-up environment Excellent Have curiosity to learn, proactive, and take new challenges
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with others (Have the ability to pitch ideas, and provide effective feedback)
- Good command of English & Mandarin
