Branch Manager
Responsibilities
- Implement business plans to achieve preset sales targets and objectives.
- Generate new business for the branch.
- Manage branch resources, particularly with regard to the provision of quality customer service.
- Ensure branch operations are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- University graduate preferred with minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Pass in the insurance intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted/Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper1, 7, 8 or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage.
- HKID Certified Banker will be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of the retail banking business and operations, and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided.
- Strong interpersonal, communications, sales and management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
