JOB DUTIES:
- Report to executive level internal stakeholders
- Arrange appointments/ meetings with stakeholders
- Keep track of action items and resolve where required
- Provide administrative/ logistical support, including preparation of documents, meeting room reservation and handling of expenses
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Provide administrative support on Resource Management, including office premise support, data base maintenance of resources planning
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Good communication with internal/external stakeholders
- Experience with office management software (e.g. MS Excel and MS Word)
- Solid knowledge of office administrative procedures
- Organized, detail-oriented and motivated problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal Cantonese (Chinese) and English
