Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement network strategies, policies, and procedures
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the network team
- Ensure the security and reliability of the bank's network infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues
- Manage network budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering and management
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Experience with network security and compliance (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, etc. are preferred
