A leading system integrator is looking for Bid Manager for Government projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the pursuit strategy setting process
- Plan and track team activity to meet internal and client deadlines
- Facilitate collaboration and reviews to drive proposal quality and consistency as well as to meet Company process and approval requirements
- Monitor and ensure the alignment of all proposal content, messaging, deliverables, and pursuit actions with the pursuit strategy
- Manage logistics, preparation, and client communication for client presentations, workshops, site visits, reference calls, and other client-facing events
- Manage the presentation, written content, and proposal deliverables, including RFP responses, proposals, presentation materials, and contract documents
- Contribute to bid assets, including documenting best practices for executing strategic pursuits
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in IT system integrators, with at least 5 years' experience of Government tender projects and bid processes or pre-sales solution-related roles.
- Proficient in bid presentation skills and bidding strategies. Capable of influencing or guiding client bidding requirements, effectively controlling bids, and leading the completion of comprehensive and complex project bid document preparation and bidding.
- Strong experience in managing large bids and leading large pursuit teams through the RFP response process preferred
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
