They are seeking an experienced and well-connected Principal Consultant to join the Merger & Acquisition team in Hong Kong with a focus on private sector financial institutions (PSFIs). SERVICES:

 

Key Sustainable Finance service areas that you would help build and deliver would include:

 

• Environmental & Social Due Diligence, with emphasis on value creation opportunities.
• Green/Social/Sustainability-Linked financial product frameworks and SPOs.
• International standard environmental & social due diligence, e.g., ref. EP4, IFC PS, ADB ESS.
• PSFI and portfolio company ESG strategy advisory including materiality assessment, science-based and Net Zero GHG targets, and roadmap development and implementation.
• Reporting services including inter alia UN PRI and EU SFDR.

Familiarity with emerging Natural Capital services for PSFIs would be a bonus.

You will be expected to project manage a team of consultants.
 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

• Minimum 12 years’ business development and execution experience in the above-mentioned services.
• Master's degree in a relevant science, engineering or business discipline preferred
• Experience in people and project management.
• Strong communication skills in written / spoken English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
• Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
