My client, one of the major service providers, seeks multiple skilled Network Support Engineer to join its IT team at client site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and fulfilling Business As Usual (BAU) change requests related to firewall and security groups, network switch ports, hardware installation, and maintenance of network devices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 year solid experience in network administration and support
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CCNA or CCNP certification is required.
- Experience in firewall management (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in network environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
