My client, a reputable local bank, seeks a passionate Fintech-savvy professional to join its dynamic Fintech Development team to make a difference. The suitable candidate will perform research and development task on AI, Blockchain, and Digital Asset; initiate meetings and collaborate with internal departments and external business partners to drive the Fintech project development, implementation and business result delivery; source, evaluate, shortlist potential technology solutions to achieve Fintech adoption goals. Also nurturing and establishing close engagement with external innovation partners and Fintech community to drive implementation of internal strategies.
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably major in computer science/ finance /or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience from recognized establishments in Fintech related industries and/or R&D with the following attributes:
- Preferable to have previous business consultation, IT project management, research and development experience in banking industry
- Good understanding of banking's relevant policies and operational procedures
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Interested to meet with technology firms, active in exploring new business opportunities
- Organized, self-motivated, eager to learn, able work under tight timeline & pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient of both spoken and written English and Chinese
