Responsibilities:
- As a team member of Information Technology Department, manage team members and maintain task schedule on maintenance renewal, Risk & Compliance item
- Prepare technology roadmap and proposal on information technology deployment in line with the Bank's business strategy
- Oversee and provide domain services (middleware, microservice, monitoring, remote access) to IT & business users by ensuring system performance and developing recommendations for corrections or improvements
- Assist in ITD budget panning and monitoring
- Streamline operation procedures with reference to ITD policies, standards & guidelines
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably major in Computer Science related subjects or equivalent
- Over 8 years experience in IT sector with at least 3 years experience in a team lead role, preferable with banking experience
- In-depth knowledge and working experience of IT infrastructure services is required
- IBM ICP, IBM WAS, JBoss Web Server and Oracle WebLogic, System Monitoring Tools (e.g., IBM Tivoli) and remote access
- Cloud knowledge (e.g., AWS) is an advantage
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and risk awareness
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent is preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
