Responsibilities:
- Become a member of an IT operation team consisting of Platform System Operators to provide 7x24 Tier 1 support to a mission critical private cloud platform consisting of 1000+ devices.
- Execute support operation services based on defined operation manuals and instructions provided by Tier 2 support team. Follow defined documentation for incident and change management.
- Shift based role. Normally working in office environment, visiting data centre only as required
Requirement
- 2 years of IT related work experience in providing Tier 1 operation support to but not limited to the following software components:
- Web Server
- API Gateway
- Message Brokers
- K8s Container
- Oracle Database Management and MSSQL
- Workflow & Document Management Server
- Payment Gateway
- Job Scheduling Software
- Contact Centre
- Minimum 1 year as a team member in a Tier 1 IT Operation team delivering IT Operation support services.
- Familiar with using ticketing systems such as BMC Remedy, Microfocus SMAX to log and update incident cases.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Experience in SI/ Government Projects are highly preferred.
