A leading legal technology solution provider is looking for Sales Director to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Leading sales and strategy development to drive revenue and ensure profitability
- Take overall responsibility and ownership for the achievement of sales and other performance targets across the team
- lead the drive for new solution penetration in existing customers, and new business pitches for prospective clients
- Develop Sales strategy, process and planning, drive sales revenue growth and expand market share, ensure long term growth
- Preparing a robust operating plan so that budgets and forecasts are consistently achieved
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years professional sales experience with senior management experience preferably gained in an information or software solutions vendors
- Minimum 5 years sales team management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales teams and successfully achieving sales targets.
- Familiar with solution selling and subscription based products/solutions
- Proven experience / understand of print vs online and digital solutions
- Demonstrated ability to present to executive level audiences
- Fluent English essential, Cantonese and Mandarin
