RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the team lead to ensure activities of the Loans drawdown, repayment and rollover are completed as per established procedures, policies and guidelines, within specified standards of quality, agreed service level and industry cut-off time
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as business, finance, and 2nd LoD teams, as well as external service providers like auditors, to promptly address inquiries and issues
- Contribute to the improvement of business banking operations processes and controls, by sharing market and product knowledge, and identifying areas for enhancement
- Provide outstanding customer service by supporting business banking customers with requests such as preparing bank affirmation, reference letters, and search warrant requests
- Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years' working experience in corporate/business banking industry
- Sound experience of banking operations and practices
- Knowledge and exposure in business banking products (e.g. SFGS, Small Business Loan)
- Knowledge and experience on business banking CDD, KYC will be an advantage
- Ability to adapt to a fast-developing operations environment and work under pressure
- Positive attitude, self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Mandarin speaking
- Proficient in PC applications
