Our client is a well-known financial institution in Hong Kong and they are now looking for IT operation manager to join their team.
You will be responsible to lead a team for IT data center management and service management. You have to monitor the service level for 24 x7 operational and system support. You also have to manage changes, incidents and problems.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor degree of information technology or any related disciplines
- With around 8-10 years of work experience, around 4 years in supervisory or managerial level, able to lead a team and contractors
- Certificate holder of ITIL/ CISA/ CISSP/ PMP is a plus
- Solid experience in data center IT operation including networking, servers, storage etc.
- Knowledge in core banking system or IBM mainframe is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
