Our client is a major corporation in HK and is looking for a high caliber candidate for its Digital Transformation Project to launch next generation of CRM & Billing Systems



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team/sub-team to define the data migration scope and approach
  • Analyse and understand source and target systems data models
  • Support to formulate data migration project plan as part of the Digital Transformation master plan
  • Lead the team/sub-team to perform data profiling, data mapping and design of the data migration and reconciliation
  • Co-work with source systems teams and target systems (Salesforce and other third party vendor solution) teams for the design and implementation of data migration
  • Responsible on the ETL data analysis, design and implementation. Hands-on development may be required.
  • Prepare migration strategies and deployment plan
  • Devise testing approach and testing plan
  • Co-ordinate and hold meetings with business users / stakeholders to manage customer expectation and address all the requirements and concerns for the migration and related business impact
  • Ensure the data migration quality from end-to-end perspective


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Over 7 years experience in IT projects developments, with proven track records in system cut-over and data migration experience
  • Experience in large scale of data migration and system cut-over or related data migration for CRM and billing systems is preferred. Experience in legacy migration will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge on data migration and reconciliation and ability to provide design and guideline to technical team members is required
  • Skillful in user communication both in verbal and written are mandated
  • Proven track record in both technical and operations to facilitate the team to resolve the problems and concerns from migration planning to execution
  • Experience in any of the following: mainframe IDMS, Oracle BRM, Cobol, sql/plsql, java and Salesforce
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Fluency in Mandarin and ability to read technical specification in Chinese will be an advantage
