Contract Project Assistant

Job Description

  1. For a period of 12 months between December 20, 2024 to December 19, 2025 (both dates inclusive), to provide clerical support to the office of a government department in the New Territories.
  2. Undertake duties in relation to goods vehicle matters.
  3. Provide customer service, eg. Handling enquiries, complaints and hotline; and
  4. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the seniors or supervisors.




Qualification requirements

  1. Completed secondary education or equivalent;
  2. Have attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
  3. Have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  4. Have good communication skills with customer focus; and
  5. Possess knowledge of computer operation in English and Chinese word processing, and are familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
