My client - a reputable local bank - seeks an IT governance professional to join the ITD to assist the decision maker and supervisor in developing a reliable IT governance framework, reviewing and enhancing IT governance framework to support the achievement of corporate strategy and objectives. Also to be the facilitator to foster communication across ITD and business units on IT governance initiatives.
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably major in Information Technology, Computer Science related subjects.
- Minimum 7 years' work experience in information technology management or IT governance, risk and compliance.
- Extensive experience in System recovery and resilience planning with Sound knowledge in technology risk management and compliance with regulations.
- Solid experience in software development, project planning & management
- Sound knowledge on policy and procedure writing.
- Experience in Operational Resilience framework development is definitely an advantage.
- Familiar to regulatory requirements such as HKMA (TM-G-1, TM-G-2, OR-2), PDPO, PCI-DSS etc. is preferable.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in English is preferable; can speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
- Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities.
- Self-driven and flexible with high motivation.
- Sound knowledge in MS Project / Excel / Visio / PowerPoint / MIS Reporting.
