Sitting with the business users, the suitable candidate will act as Business Analyst to cover system enhancement projects related to credit cards and other payment systems. Pinpointing the areas of improvement; Performing gap analysis between current and to-be workflows; and planning and executing the UATs and corresponding support activities. It guarantees great exposures to banking operations and systems, liaison with different units to ensure cross-functional deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines
- 2 - 5 year experience in Project Coordination/ Project Management and vendor management of IT-related projects is preferable
- Hands-on experience in banking/ IT-related projects is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
